My journey took me from pounding nails at age five in our family aluminum business to building Digital Edge Learning, a thriving education technology company. Along the way, I spent over a decade as a teacher and vice principal, learning that relationships truly are the keys to success. But beneath the surface of professional achievement, addiction was quietly destroying everything I’d worked to build.
